The Explorer Pool

Ideal for families, The Explorer Pool is part of the 5-acre (2-hectare) waterpark called Explorer Island.

Overlooking a beautiful lake, this family pool offers 7,590 square feet (705 square meters) of refreshing fun, and features:

  • A gradually sloping "zero entry" ideal for the littlest swimmers
  • A toddler slide
  • An underwater audio system that plays favorite hits
  • The "Starstruck" movie screen, a 190-inch flat-screen that plays family movies

This lively pool area offers fun activities for children, such as:

  • Movie nights—held on select nights throughout summer—where children can watch a movie from the pool, or lounge on a chaise while enjoying complimentary popcorn
  • The Kids For All Seasons program (additional fees apply) for kids ages 4 to 12, offering an array of activities such as crafts and games, and including twice-daily supervised swimming

The Explorer Pool is surrounded by daybeds and chaise lounges. Private cabanas are available for rental adjacent to the Explorer Pool.

The Oasis

Overlooking a sparkling lake, The Oasis is an infinity-edge, adult-only pool designed for relaxation.

Bordered by lush landscaping—including tall cypress trees—this pristine pool is 92 feet long (28 meters) and equipped with underwater audio.

The pool staff provides residents with amenities such as frozen fruit, Evian® spritzes, iced cappuccino shooters, sunglasses cleaning and more.

Private cabanas are available for rental.

Drifters

Enjoy rainforest vibes while leisurely tubing down Drifters, an 11,008-square-foot lazy river.

Designed to delight kids and adults alike, Drifters features:

  • A cascading 9-foot (2.75-meter) waterfall
  • A bubbling rapids section
  • Water cannons strategically placed along various points on the river

At the end of Drifters lies a great gathering spot called "The Cove," featuring a water basketball hoop, a water volleyball net and hanging wicker pod chairs. The Cove is adjacent to The Hideout, a video gaming center with fun family entertainment—from pinball to classic board games to billiards.

The Drop

Both the young and the young-at-heart love the duo of 242-foot (74-meter) waterslides at The Drop.

The blue slide is enclosed and made from see-through fiberglass for a thrilling drop with a big splash, while the yellow slide is open.

Splash Zone

Ideal for little ones, the Splash Zone features choreographed interactive fountains that launch blasts of water 30 feet (9 meters) into the air.

Here, the preschool set can splash and play amid sheets of water, fog nozzles, dancing water spouts and more.

Daybeds with brightly colored cushions surround the Splash Zone—and provide an idyllic spot for toddlers to rest in the shade.
